Good quality, quick delivery

I ordered a personalized children's book for my niece's birthday. The ordering process on the website was pretty straightforward, letting me add her name and a custom message easily. It arrived in about 6 days, which was quicker than I expected for a personalized item, shipping to Oslo. The quality of the book itself was really good, with vibrant colors and sturdy pages. The text and images were clear, no smudges or anything. My niece loved seeing her name in the story. Customer support wasn't needed, everything went smoothly from start to finish. I'd definitely consider them again for unique gifts.

Great value on personalized chocolate

I was looking for a personalized gift that wouldn't break the bank and saw they had a Milka gaveeske I could customize. I signed up for the newsletter and got a 10% discount, which made it even better. The total felt very reasonable for something unique. It arrived well-packaged and the personalization on the chocolate box looked really professional. It felt like a good deal for the quality and the personal touch. Definitely worth the purchase if you're on a budget but want something special.

Consistent quality, returning customer

This was my third time ordering from YourSurprise, this time a personalized t-shirt with a print. My previous orders were a photo puzzle and a personalized key ring. I keep coming back because the quality is consistently good. The t-shirt print was sharp, just like the puzzle image was vibrant and the key ring engraving held up well. Delivery times are usually around a week for me, which is reliable. It's nice to know what to expect. No surprises, just good products.

Beer glass was perfect.

Ordered a gravert ølglass. Customization was easy. Delivery took about a week. Quality was solid. No issues. Happy with the purchase.

Absolutely love my new mug!

I got a fotokrus with a picture of my cat on it and it's just amazing! The print quality is fantastic, the colors are so bright and clear. It arrived super fast too, much quicker than I thought it would. I'm so happy with how it turned out! I'll definitely be ordering more personalized gifts from here. Seriously recommend them to everyone, you won't be disappointed!
